Refund & Cancelation Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our Matcha tea (even if the product is opened) you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 60 days from the purchase date. You can submit a request to cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. To request a cancellation of your order, please contact our Customer Service

If your order is canceled, your refund credit will usually appear on your card 3-7 business days after we process your refund request.
